No — listing your products is completely free. We charge a small commission only when a sale is made. There are no monthly fees, no setup charges, and no hidden costs.
We focus on handmade, artisanal, personalised, and curated gift products. This includes wooden crafts, gift hampers, ceramics, handmade jewellery, candles, home décor, and more.
A GST registration is preferred but not mandatory to get started. You can apply without one; however, GST registration will be required for invoicing and larger order volumes.
Payments are settled to your registered bank account on a weekly cycle (every 7 days after delivery confirmation). We support NEFT, RTGS, and UPI transfers.
Absolutely — customisation is one of our strongest categories. You can specify your options and turnaround time when listing your products.
You can use your own courier or opt into our logistics partner network. Our team will guide you through both options during onboarding.
